Having a problem accessing our site?
- Accessing our site from work? Many times employers restrict access
to internet sites. If you're trying to access our site from work and you
are not successful, please try again from your personal computer.
- Using AOL
as your browser? AOL is not compatible with our site. If you're having
problems, launch Internet Explorer
5.5 or greater after signing on to your AOL account and access our site from
there.
- Submitting your registration and/or exam and
nothing happens? Turn all pop-up blockers off. If you're still having
problems, launch Internet Explorer
5.5 or greater as your browser and try accessing our site from
there.
1st time user?
You may peruse our site at any time without registering. Before taking
your first exam you will be prompted to register with us. Our requirements for
registration are Last Name, Year of Birth, and the Last 4 Digits of Your Social
Security Number.
Receiving error messages from the
registration and/or exam page?
- The fields on our registration and/or exam pages do not
accept symbols ( - ' *, etc). If your name, address, or comment contains a
symbol, please input the information without them.
- The input fields on our registration and/or exam pages
will not accept more than 50 characters.

certificates.
Want to access a lesson without taking the
exam?
All of our lessons are accessible to download/print prior to taking the
exam. Most of our lessons are in PDF format and follow the layout of the
original printed monograph for easy reading, while others are in html
only. The formats are noted next to each lesson. You can
download/print the lesson without logging in and then come back at a later time
to login and take the exam.
